I have such a hard time deciding where to post videos and songs, so yes, I know this is a little bit late. But this video just makes me so happy and angry at the same time.
I’m happy because I love how good this performance is. It’s live, it’s uncut, and it’s just pure talent. It makes me angry because I think about how many artists out there are just awful. Just fucking god awful. The Black Eyed Peas, Britney Spears, Kesha, they can all take their auto-tune songs and all get destroyed in a tornado and I wouldn’t care one bit. Bon Iver and this performance is a display of real talent that most of this country has neglected, and that makes me so fucking angry. But at least I can live with myself knowing I will never be caught with Tik Tok as my ringtone. Not ever.
